These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bk999 platform and all services operated under it. "Platform" refers to bk999's website, mobile application and all related digital channels. "User" refers to any person registered on this platform or participating in the registration process.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Operating more than one account by the same person will be considered a breach of these Terms, and all such accounts may be suspended or closed. 2.3 Registration Details

Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory. Registering with incorrect information may result in withdrawals being blocked and the account being closed. 3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bk999 is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Each deposit generally takes a few minutes to reflect in the account. Users must deposit from a mobile banking account registered in their own name.

Sending funds from a third-party account is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the funds may not be returned and the account may be placed under investigation.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes 5 to 30 minutes. bKash, Nagad and Rocket may be used for withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number registered on the account.

The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 04 for details). If wagering is not completed, only the original deposited amount may be withdrawn.

3.3 Verification for Deposits and Withdrawals

For security purposes, bk999 may request identity verification from users at any time. If the required documents are not submitted, the withdrawal process may be temporarily put on hold.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. This bonus cannot be withdrawn until a 25x wagering requirement is completed, meaning a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered on a ৳1,500 bonus.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on approved games.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus; otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time during a single promotion.
• Bonuses are available only to users who meet the specified eligibility criteria.
• bk999 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

bk999's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses; Silver members receive up to 0.7% and Gold members receive up to 1.0%. For example — as a Silver member, a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 can earn a maximum cashback of ৳140 (৳20,000 × 0.7%). Advancement to a higher tier depends on regular activity and usage.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered final once confirmed. If a bet fails to process due to a technical error or server issue, the relevant amount will be returned to the user's account. No changes to sports bets will be accepted after an event has started, except through live betting.

5.2 Odds and Results

Odds displayed in sports betting are subject to change. The odds shown at the moment a bet is confirmed are final. Event results will be determined based on the official results of the relevant sports governing body.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing artificial bets or applying arbitrage strategies within the account.
• Using software or bots for automated betting.
• Attempting to collect bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.

If such activities are detected, the account will be suspended immediately and all associated funds may be forfeited.

6.1 Password Protection

Responsibility for the security of a user's account lies primarily with the user. Passwords should not be shared with anyone. Rather than using guessable or simple passwords, users are advised to create strong passwords combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.

6.2 What to Do in Case of Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that someone else is accessing your account, notify bk999's support team immediately. The user is responsible for any transactions made on the account until the support team has been informed.

6.3 OTP and Verification

bk999 uses OTP-based verification to ensure secure login. Never share your OTP code with any other person, including anyone claiming to be a bk999 representative. bk999 staff will never ask for your OTP.

10.1 Closure by bk999

10.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. If there is a balance in the account at the time of closure, it will be withdrawable, but any bonus funds will be cancelled.

These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws in force. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be settled through arbitration.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
